Today i want to take a closer look at Pussycash which is responsible for the sites iamlive.com, sexier.com, supermen.com, WildMatch.com and the 6Buck Network. The 6Buck Network is a series of sixteen niche sites.

Well for my test i choosed iamlive.com for promoting on my site. The signup was nothing special and really fast and no problems with delivering the mail with my data. Well i just pointed that out because in the past i had different problems with some affiliate programs and getting my data by mail.

But hey letīs get back to the facts that matters. You can choose from three different kinds of programs:

• get 100 $ per Sign-Up
• 20% Rev-Share
• 1-1,25 $ per free Sign-Up

The fourth program method was kicked off in October 2008. 

Yeah in the next step i started configuring some banners for promoting. With a few clicks itīs possible to get a look of different banners in different sizes and formats like flash.

The range of the promo tools is quite good: Banner, Video Banners, Hot Features, Geo Targeted Banners, Integrated Search Boxes, Full Pages Ads, Galleries and Content, Feeds and Links.

So you have to play around a short time and keep up testing different banner styles. After that you can say: this converts really good and this one is more than pain in the ass.

Well after 6 month using pussycash.com i sadly have to say that iīm not confidend with the results. 3 paid joins are 300 bucks is no good qoute.

But thatīs our personal experience. Give a try by yourself.

For two of our big Clients we integrated Ero Advertising on their websites.

At the beginning the handling is little strange and hard to understand. But after a few Minutes you can easily add new Websites to your Profile and add spaces. And when you donīt know how to continue you got a little manual which seems sadly currently hard at work. I think that the Developers could get better at these points with some more small Informations with deeplinks to longer Descriptions at some specified point inside the contentblock.

A disadvantage of the stats is that you canīt divide them into the different Websites. So you have to divide it manually in Excel or other calculation programs.
The rest of the stats is nothing special: Views, Klicks, Ctr and Earnings. But thatīs all we want to know. The Stats are live which is even good for checking if changes at the ad space provides you a better Ctr.

Once when you have added an Addspace to the Site you can modify the ad Space in the Backend without Changing the Code of the space. So you could make fast changes without changing code in your Website. Very nice are the different types of Advertisements you can configure. There are Text, Banner, Thumbs and Videoads and Page Peel.

The page is daily updated so that interested people get new content every day.

First we used Etology on all possible Ad Spaces but later we found a better Advertiser. So currently we only use the XML Feed of Etology but the Earnings are better because of a more effective CTR and so we stay at both Advertisers.

Some bad experiences from the past were that the stats of Etology were broken for a few days. This happened in the past 4 times which is really bad when you try to grow up and want to get better Click-Rates etc. with your modifications.

Another bad point is that our Account Manager left Etology and we got no Message about this. This is a big fault when you need informations for pushing statistics and doing optimations on the site.
